The Owner's Story - Why I'm Here

I didn't come into massage therapy by accident.

I came here through stillness, obedience, and a deep desire to serve people well with a heart focus on Jesus. For much of my life, I was driven by movement—building, striving, providing, helping in every way I knew how. I've always carried a heart for people. From a young age, hospitality came naturally to me: creating safe spaces, welcoming others, making people feel seen, cared for, and at ease. It wasn't something I learned; it was something I lived.

Over time, I realized that true healing doesn't happen in a rush. It happens when someone finally feels safe enough to slow down.

Massage therapy became the place where all of that converged.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I don't just work with muscles—I work with nervous systems, with breath, with the weight people carry that they rarely put into words. Many people come in exhausted, guarded, or disconnected from their bodies. My role is to meet them exactly where they are and invite them back into alignment.

Hospitality is the foundation of my work.

From the moment someone enters my care, my intention is simple: you are welcome here. There is no performance required. No pressure to explain everything. Just presence, professionalism, and thoughtful touch.

My faith in Jesus has shaped the way I approach all things—I believe healing flows best in environments marked by Jesus who is the man peace, respect, and love. Whether someone shares my faith or not, they experience the fruit of it through how they're treated: with dignity, patience, and genuine care.

I'm here because the world moves fast—and people are paying for it with their bodies.

I'm here to offer a pause.

A reset.

A space where strength is restored through stillness.

Massage therapy is not just what I do.

It's how I serve.

It's how I welcome.

It's how I help people remember what it feels like to feel whole again.

At the heart of this work is the gospel—the good news that we are seen, known, and loved by God. Jesus invites the weary to come and rest, and my hope is that through this space, people experience a glimpse of that rest: a place where burdens are set down, peace is felt, and love is made tangible.

" Love is large and incredibly patient. Love is gentle and consistently kind to all. It refuses to be jealous when blessing comes to someone else . Love does not brag about one’s achievements nor inflate its own importance. Love does not traffic in shame and disrespect, nor selfishly seek its own honor. Love is not easily irritated or quick to take offense. Love joyfully celebrates honesty and finds no delight in what is wrong. Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others. Love never takes failure as defeat, for it never gives up." - 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
